Our class covers everything you need to know for a positive birth experience and postnatal recovery. We provide expert guidance on childbirth, pain relief options, stages of labor, breathing techniques, infant care, and postpartum recovery. You'll also have a chance to ask questions and connect with others in a similar stage of pregnancy.
2. What are the class formats, and how long do they run?
We offer two options:

Evening Classes: Two Thursday evening sessions from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm (3 hours each session).

Full One-Day Class: A single, full-day session on Sunday at Warners Bay.
Both formats cover the same content, allowing you to choose what fits your schedule best.

4. How much does the class cost?
The class costs $380. This includes all the course content, light refreshments, and nibbles throughout the session.

Please bring a notebook and pen for any notes, as well as comfortable clothing. If attending the one-day Sunday class, you may want to bring a water bottle, and any personal items that will help you feel comfortable.

Absolutely! Our classes are designed for both first-time and experienced parents. We cover all aspects of birth and postnatal recovery, ensuring that everyone leaves feeling prepared and confident.
9. Can I bring a support person to the class?
Yes, we encourage you to bring your partner or another support person. It’s important for both parents to be informed and prepared for the journey ahead.
10. How do I book a spot in the class?
You can book your spot directly through our website or by contacting us for further assistance. Spaces are limited, so we recommend securing your spot early.
11. I am having an elective cesarean, is this class a suitable option for me?
Yes absolutely, we cover pregnancy, elective cesarean and what to expect and the postpartum period.
